人类赖以生存的自然界中的一切都处于运动中。人的整个生命过程的运动包括人体的自身运动和人体与环境的相互运动,前者是人体生存的内因,后者是人体生存的外因。人体与环境的相互运动形式中的各种物理运动形式,又称环境对人体的物理因子,这些物理因子对人体的作用影响着人体的生命状态。下面我们讨论一下生活和工作环境中的物理因子与人体健康的关系。1 力学因子与人体健康 人体在进行行走、跑步、跳跃、下蹲、起立或乘交通工具进行前后或升降运动时,其运动速度不可能是一直不变的,而是经常遇到突然加速或减速的现象,如果加速度太大,就有可能对人体造成危害。
