福建省龙岩地区,三十多年来一直沿用“变黄期闭窗变黄,定色期开窗排湿”的烘烤技术(以下简称闭窗烘烤)。由于多雨季节鲜烟含水量大,变黄期又不开窗,加上房外空气湿度大,往往造成定色期排湿不畅,定色困难,因而降低烟叶质量,甚至烤成黑糟烟,损失严重。为了提高烟叶烘烤质量,1983—1985年我们进行了多次试验,把变黄期闭窗不排湿改为开窗早排湿。结果表明,新方法能够提高烟叶
