目的:在研究原发性骨质疏松的发生及防治时,肌力与骨量的关系的影响因素值得关注。本文拟探讨雌激素作为非力学因素影响肌力与骨量之间关系的机制。方法:通过计算机检索肌力与骨量的关系,雌激素对肌力与骨量之间关系的影响的相关文献,结合作者以往的研究工作,论述雌激素对肌力与骨量间关系的影响。结果:肌力决定骨结构和骨量,使骨强度适应运动负荷。雌激素主要通过影响骨应变阈值来调整肌力与骨量之间的关系。雌激素疗法有益于骨组织,部分通过保护肌力实现。结论:雌激素能够影响肌力与骨量的关系,雌激素疗法可能有保护肌力的作用。
Objective: In studying the occurrence and prevention and treatment of primary osteoporosis, the influencing factors of the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass deserve attention. This article intends to explore the mechanism of estrogen as a non-mechanical factors affecting the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass. METHODS: The literature about the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass and the influence of estrogen on the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass were collected. Based on the previous research work by the author, the effects of estrogen on the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass . RESULTS: Muscle strength determines bone structure and bone mass, allowing bone strength to accommodate exercise load. Estrogen regulates the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass primarily by affecting bone strain thresholds. Estrogen therapy is good for bone tissue, partly through the protection of muscle strength. Conclusion: Estrogen can affect the relationship between muscle strength and bone mass. Estrogen therapy may have the effect of protecting muscle strength.
