目的探讨OPEN式伽玛刀放射治疗骨转移癌止痛疗效。方法对78例骨转移癌病灶进行60Co伽玛刀放射治疗,单次计量(3.0-4.5)Gy/次,1次/d,共治疗10~15次,DT35~45 Gy结束。结果根据世界卫生组织的疼痛4级分级法,放射治疗后,疼痛缓解率为91%。Karnofsky标准评分明显好转率占73.3%。结论采用伽玛刀放射治疗骨转移癌能迅速止痛,明显降低癌症患者对药物的依赖。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of OPEN gamma knife radiotherapy on pain of bone metastases. Methods 78 cases of bone metastatic carcinoma were treated with 60Co gamma knife radiosurgery. The single dose (3.0-4.5) Gy / time and once / d for 10 ~ 15 times and the end of DT35 ~ 45 Gy. Results According to the World Health Organization classification of pain 4, after radiotherapy, the pain relief rate was 91%. Karnofsky standard score marked improvement rate of 73.3%. Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery for the treatment of bone metastases can rapidly relieve pain and significantly reduce the drug dependence of cancer patients.
