利用Cd2+-I--[MB]+三元体系,研究了共振瑞利散射光谱(RRS)测定Cd(II)的方法,考察了酸度、试剂的用量对测定的影响,优选出最佳测定条件。在磷酸介质中,Cd(II)与碘化钾、亚甲基蓝生成稳定的三元配合物[Cd I4]MB2,于λmax=592.6nm处测定RRS光谱强度,进而可确定Cd2+的含量。本法操作简便、快速、灵敏度高,Cd2+的线性范围在8.000×10-8~1.200×10-7mol/L,方法检出限为3.9×10-8mol/L,适用于各种环境水样中Cd(II)的分析检测。
Using Cd2 + -I - [MB] + ternary system, the determination of Cd (II) by resonance Rayleigh scattering spectroscopy (RRS) was studied. The effects of acidity and reagent on the determination were investigated. . In phosphoric acid medium, Cd (II) forms stable ternary complex [Cd I4] MB2 with potassium iodide and methylene blue, and the RRS spectral intensity is measured at λmax = 592.6nm, then the content of Cd2 + can be determined. The method is simple, rapid and sensitive. The linear range of Cd2 + is 8.000 × 10-8 ~ 1.200 × 10-7mol / L. The detection limit of this method is 3.9 × 10-8mol / L. It is suitable for all kinds of environmental water samples Analysis of Cd (II).
