敌虫菊酯(商品名Sumicidin)是一种具有高度生物活性和广谱的拟除虫菊酯。主要用于果树、蔬菜、食用作物和棉花等。据报导,该药对昆虫有强烈的杀虫效果,而对哺乳动物毒性较低。大鼠口服LD_(50)为45mg/kg,致突变试验结果为阴性,小鼠和家兔的致畸试验结果也为阴性。世界上已有50多个国家使用于防治农作物的多种害虫。本试验目的在于验证上述有关报导的正确性。试验结果与国外报导不符,该药物能引起胎兔外观畸形。一、材料和方法
