现阶段,医院物资管理已经成为保证医院医疗、教学、科研等工作正常开展的基础性管理工作,贯穿于到医院物资计划、采购、仓储、供应、维护等活动的全过程之中。医院应当通过加强物资分类管理、物资定额管理、物资供应计划管理、物资采购管理、物资仓库管理,不断提高物资管理水平,降低医院运行成本,以适应现代化医院建设和医疗市场竞争的需要,提升医院核心竞争力。文章对提高医院物资管理水平,促进医院可持续发展的措施进行了探讨。
