目的综述近年来通过同轴静电喷射技术制备载药纳米粒的研究进展,包括同轴静电喷射技术的基本原理,制备过程中的影响参数以及同轴静电喷核壳纳米粒的研究现状。方法根据近年来国内外文献资料,总结、归纳已报道的关于同轴电喷制备纳米粒的相关研究。结果与结论同轴静电喷射是一种简易的获得核壳纳米粒子的方法。利用这种技术能够将药物包封在聚合物纳米粒的内部,从而提高药物的包载效率,有效地减少药物的突释,保护药物的生物活性。通过选择不同的聚合物体系,调节同轴静电喷射的工艺参数,可以制备出具有理想核壳结构的纳米粒,同时也能有效地控制药物的释放速率和释放行为,从而设计制备出具有不同释药特性的递药系统。
