《低温建筑技术》是黑龙江省低温建筑科学研究所创办的学术刊物,也是我国唯一面向寒冷地区建筑行业的综合性建筑工程技术刊物。它创刊于1979年,1988年起由黑龙江省土木建筑学会、科技情报中心站、低温建筑科学研究所联合主办,旨在交流寒冷地区建筑技术,推进寒冷地区四化建设。众所周知,世界上寒冷地区面积占地球陆地三分一左右,我国寒冷地区面积占全国面积二分之一以上,横跨11个省、区,包括13个省、市,且每年有3～6个月寒冷季节。由于气候寒冷和结冰积雪条件,给寒冷地区工程建设和建筑物使用带来了许多不利条件和一系列复
“Cryogenic Building Technology” is a scientific publication established by the Institute of Cryogenic Construction of Heilongjiang Province, and it is also the only comprehensive technical publication of construction engineering for the construction industry in cold regions.
