随着市场经济的发展和城镇下岗职工的增多,城镇饮食摊点急剧增加,街头食品的卫生质量问题,备受全社会的关注。为此,我们对县城驻地的街头食品卫生现状进行了调查研究并制定了相应的监督管理措施,使街头食品的卫生质量有了一定提高。1 城镇街头食品的卫生现状1.1 无证经营者多,街头食品摊点大多无卫生许可证、健康证、营业证。1.2 环境卫生差,街头食品的污染较严重,清扫、倾倒垃圾、尘土飞扬、病菌灰尘易飘落到食品上。1.3 卫生设施差。由于街头条件所限,经营者缺少一些必需的
