【摘 要】目的：观察高龄孕妇孕中期补钙的临床疗效。方法：将90例高龄孕产妇随机分成2组，治疗组45例，自孕12周至28周每日补钙1．5g，对照组未口服钙剂。结果：两组经统计学分析比较，差异有显著性意义(p＜0.05)。结论：高龄孕妇孕中期补钙可以改善腰腿痛、腓肠肌痉挛，关节痛等症状。 【关键词】高龄孕妇；孕中期补钙 【中圖分类号】R714.2 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】100

患者,男,48岁.患者因饮酒后出现牙痛于2007年6月13日23时到我院就诊,医师诊断为牙周炎,给予:(1)5%葡萄糖注射液250 ml,青霉素(哈药集团制药总厂,批号A06120906)800万U静脉滴注.(2)甲硝唑注射液(宇斯药业有限责任公司生产,批号07042211)200ml静脉滴注。
【摘 要】目的：探讨食管胃瓣膜式吻合术在下段食管癌切除术后抗吻合口反流中的作用。 方法：2009年5月至2011年5月，对31例食管下段癌行癌肿切除，食管－胃肌瓣胃腔内瓣膜式吻合术，年龄34-76岁，男25例，女6例。其中3例食管下段癌行弓上吻合，余28例均行弓下吻合。结果：全组无近期手术死亡，无明显返酸、嗳气、烧心、胸痛等返流症状发生。术后8-14天对全部患者行上消化道造影，影像学表现吻合口处
