采用酸性溶胶法在碳纳米管(CNT)上负载纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)颗粒,并制备了CNT-TiO2修饰电极,利用TiO2与辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)间的静电吸附实现了HRP在CNT-TiO2修饰电极表面的固定。利用硫化物对HRP的抑制作用实现了对硫化物的检测。其峰电流值与硫化物的浓度在0.75×10-7~10.5×10-6mol/L范围内呈线性关系。方法的检出限为(3S/N)0.206×10-7mol/L。
The nano-TiO 2 particles were loaded on the CNTs by acidic sol-gel method, and the CNT-TiO 2 modified electrode was prepared. Electrostatic adsorption between TiO 2 and horseradish peroxidase (HRP) -TiO2 modified electrode surface fixation. The use of sulfide on HRP inhibition achieved sulfide detection. The peak current value and sulfide concentration in the range of 0.75 × 10-7 ~ 10.5 × 10-6mol / L showed a linear relationship. The detection limit of the method is (3S / N) 0.206 × 10-7mol / L.
