《厂矿企业工业卫生档案》正在全国各系统的厂矿企业逐步建立。它的建立,标志着我国工业卫生管理更加系统、更加科学,必将会对工矿企业综合治理职业危害,加强劳动保护、维护广大职工群众的身心健康,起到积极的促进和指导作用。但是,《工业卫生档案》的卫目表格纷繁复杂,数据众多,内容十分广泛。中小型厂矿企业如何有的放矢地应用档案中的资料,来指导本单位的劳动卫生工作,值得我们基层工业卫生管理者的认真研究。笔者根据本单位“工业卫生建档”工作一年来的经验,谈几点体会:
“Factories and mining enterprises, industrial health archives” is the system of factories and mines throughout the country gradually established. Its establishment marks a more systematic and scientific administration of industrial hygiene in our country and will surely play a positive role of promoting and guiding the industrial and mining enterprises in comprehensively controlling occupational hazards, strengthening labor protection and safeguarding the physical and mental health of the broad masses of workers and staff. However, the hygienic form of the “Industrial Hygienic Archives” is numerous and complicated with numerous data and extensive contents. How small and medium-sized factories and mines enterprises can use the data in the archives to guide the labor and health work of their own units deserves our serious study by grassroots industrial hygiene managers.
