本文通过3个试点的7a生长白落叶松16个种源生长性状的变量分析,多性状的综合评定,选择出白石山、和龙为吉林地区的最佳种源,其遗传增益达18.45%~34.50%.根据3个试,点长白落叶松种源子代的综合表现,采用PCA分析划分出3个种源区和6个种源亚区.通过对采种点地理坐标和气候因子的PCA分析,划分出的气候类群与种源区划结果基本相同.采用多性状聚类分析,将吉林地区划分出3个造林生态相似区,进一步确定出各生态相似区的优良种源和种源区.采用优良种源造林可获得11.75%~15.40%的遗传增益.
In this paper, through variable analysis and multi-traits comprehensive evaluation of the growth traits of 16 provenances of white larch in the three experimental plots, Baishishan and Helong were selected as the best provenances in Jilin Province. The genetic gain was 18.45 % ~ 34.50%. According to the comprehensive performance of seed progenies of three Larix olgensis plants in three trials and three PCA analyzes, three provenances and six provenances were divided. According to the PCA analysis of the geographical coordinates and climatic factors of the seed collection sites, the results of the division of climate groups and provenances are basically the same. Based on multi-trait clustering analysis, three afforestation ecologically similar areas were identified in Jilin area, and the superior provenances and provenances areas of each ecologically similar area were further identified. Afforestation with good provenances achieves a genetic gain of 11.75% to 15.40%.
