基因放射治疗是利用电离辐射诱导目的基因表达进行肿瘤治疗,它是将可经射线诱导表达并对肿瘤具有杀伤作用的基因转入肿瘤细胞,然后对肿瘤实施放射治疗,诱导基因表达,通过射线和基因的双重作用杀伤肿瘤。Egr-1启动子在射线照射下能强烈诱导下游基因表达,是目前研究最多的电离辐射诱导启动子,放射基因治疗中所用的治疗基因主要有:TNF-α基因、CD基因、HSVtk基因等。全文对Egr-1启动子以及Egr-1调控的放射基因治疗的研究现状、目前存在问题与前景进行综述。
