通过对目前传统煤矿安全评价中存在的问题进行分析,提出了安全动态评价的概念及特点,并对安全动态评价模型的建立方法进行研究。本文采用正态隶属函数计算指标的隶属度,同时对首尾两个级别区间进行处理;对指标的权重确定采用变权方法,将属性权重与等级权重相结合,得到随指标值变化的综合权重。对于煤矿动态的生产过程,动态评价可以实时反映出煤矿的安全状况,使评价结果更加客观,更有利于指导现场生产工作。
By analyzing the existing problems in the traditional coal mine safety evaluation, the concept and characteristics of the safety dynamic assessment are put forward, and the establishment of safety dynamic assessment model is studied. In this paper, the normal membership function is used to calculate the membership degree of the indicator, meanwhile the two levels are processed. The weight of the indicator is determined by the variable weight method, which combines the attribute weight and the level weight to obtain the comprehensive weight that varies with the index value. For the dynamic production process of coal mines, the dynamic evaluation can reflect the safety status of coal mines in real time, making the evaluation results more objective and more conducive to directing on-site production.
