很多学校的教师都参加过课题研究。但是,究竟怎样操作,才能把课题研究落到实处,实现课题研究的真正目的,提高课题研究的实效性?有些教师对这个问题并没有进行深入的思考,只是人云亦云,跟着别人做。没有个人的主见,当然也不会有创新和发现。笔者曾主持过一个关于小组合作学习的课题研究,取得了可喜的研究成果。结合个人的课题研究工作,谈谈如何提高课题研究的实效性。
Many school teachers have participated in the research project. However, what exactly can be done in order to carry out the research on the subject, to realize the real purpose of the research and to enhance the effectiveness of the research? Some teachers do not think deeply about this issue, but they just follow suit and follow others. There is no personal opinion, of course, there will be no innovation and discovery. The author has presided over a research project on group cooperative learning and made gratifying research results. Combined with the research work of individual subjects, talk about how to improve the effectiveness of research projects.
