用薄片砂轮切割C型铁心,时常会出现切口倾斜的现象(见附图)。其内因是砂轮硬度过高,不脱粒,自锐性差;外因是砂轮两面的冷却条件(冷却水流量、喷射角度等等)不对称。冷却条件不对称致使高硬度的砂轮圆周两棱角磨钝程度不一致,形成圆周边倾斜,产生轴向分力P_1(见附图),使砂轮在倾斜状态下切割,所以铁心切口倾斜。冷却条件对称度越高,可使用硬度越高的砂轮而不致切口倾斜,砂轮寿命也就越长(主要指砂轮从新的用到直径减小不能用为止所切割的铁心数量)。
C-type core cut with a thin wheel, often incline incision phenomenon (see photo). The internal cause is that the hardness of the grinding wheel is too high, no threshing and self-sharpening are poor. The external cause is that the cooling conditions on both sides of the grinding wheel (cooling water flow rate, spraying angle, etc.) are asymmetric. Asymmetric cooling conditions cause high hardness of the wheel circumference of the two corners of the blunt corners of the degree of blunt, the formation of the circumference of the tilt, the resulting axial component P_1 (see photo), the wheel cut in the incline, so the incision iron core tilt. The higher the degree of symmetry of the cooling conditions, the higher the hardness of the wheel can be used without cutting incline, the longer the wheel life (mainly refers to the wheel used to reduce the diameter can not be used to cut the number of cores).
