为了解蒙古族地区婴儿死亡的影响因素,为当地妇幼保键工作提供建设性意见,笔者于1987年对黑龙江省杜尔伯特蒙古族自治县蒙族聚居的二乡一镇进行了医学人口普查。现将普查资料分析如下。
