对江苏省12 259名0～14岁儿童进行流行病学调查。调查结果加权后表明江苏该年龄组小儿癫痫患病率5.1％,年发病率2.2％。90.2％病例首次发病在5岁以下,而73.91％在3岁以下。50.98％病例为原发性癫痫。继发性癫痫的主要病因为高热惊厥、产伤和中枢神经系统感染。
An epidemiological survey of 12 259 children aged 0-14 in Jiangsu Province was conducted. The weighted results of the survey indicate that the prevalence rate of epilepsy in children of this age group in Jiangsu Province is 5.1% and the annual incidence rate is 2.2%. The first incidence of 90.2% of cases under 5 years of age, while 73.91% under 3 years of age. 50.98% of cases were primary epilepsy. The main causes of secondary epilepsy are febrile seizures, birth trauma and central nervous system infections.
