本文报告了18例旋毛虫病患儿,年龄为24个月至14岁,均在吃食半生熊肉后10～35天急性发病,潜伏期为19天左右。发病头3周的主要症状为全身乏力,不适,寒战,头痛,食欲减退,嚼肌和下肢肌肉疼痛,吞咽时舌痛等。体检时见面部和手浮肿,躯干和四肢有许多麻疹样皮疹,皮疹持续至第6周。5例有干舌苔,腹部触痛,肝脾肿大。第1周的体温为38.6±1.2C,以后渐降,至第4周降至正常。第2～3周和第5周白细胞中度增多。第1周杆状核白细胞占21±1%,第2周即恢复正常。第1～2周血液嗜酸粒细胞升高,第3～
This article reports 18 cases of children with trichinosis, aged from 24 months to 14 years of age, all 10 to 35 days after eating half bear’s disease acute onset, the incubation period of about 19 days. The main symptoms of the first 3 weeks of onset are generalized weakness, malaise, chills, headache, loss of appetite, muscle pain in the chewing muscles and lower extremities, tongue pain when swallowing, and the like. The face and hand were swollen on examination. There were many measles-like rashes on the trunk and extremities. The rash lasts until the 6th week. 5 cases of dry tongue, abdominal tenderness, hepatosplenomegaly. The first week of body temperature was 38.6 ± 1.2C, after the gradual decline, to 4 weeks to normal. The second to third week and the fifth week of moderate increase in white blood cells. The first week of the rod-shaped nucleated leukocytes accounted for 21 ± 1%, the first 2 weeks returned to normal. 1 to 2 weeks blood eosinophils increased, the first 3 ~
