以小麦为主要栽培基质,通过添加不同的氮源和无机盐,选用优质蛹虫草菌株CM-16进行人工培养,探索这2个因素对蛹虫草子座产量及虫草素和腺苷的影响。结果表明:栽培过程中选用6g·L~(-1)的蛋白胨作为最佳氮源,子座干样质量、虫草素和腺苷的生成量均较高,分别为43.1g·盒~(-1)、3.95mg·g-1和2.35mg·g~(-1)。无机盐则选择1.0mg·L~(-1)的硫酸亚铁最为合适,此时子座干样质量、虫草素和腺苷的生成量分别为48.8g·盒~(-1)、4.98mg·g~(-1)和2.10mg·g~(-1)。
Using wheat as the main cultivation medium, we cultured the Cordyceps militaris strain CM-16 by adding different nitrogen sources and inorganic salts, and explored the effects of these two factors on Cordyceps militaris production and cordycepin and adenosine. The results showed that peanut extract of 6g · L -1 was the best nitrogen source in the cultivation process, and the dry weight of cordyceps, the production of cordycepin and adenosine were all high, which were 43.1g · (-1) 1), 3.95 mg · g-1 and 2.35 mg · g -1. Inorganic salt was the most suitable for the selection of 1.0 mg · L -1 ferrous sulfate. At this time, the quality of dried seeds, the concentrations of cordycepin and adenosine were 48.8 g · cm -1, 4.98 mg · L -1, · G -1 and 2.10 mg · g -1.
