本研究观察了应用国产原料制备的2%羟丙基甲基纤维素植入AMO 双袢后房型人工晶体,术后1个月内眼内压动态变化及其与术后角膜水肿和炎症反应的关系,以前房注入无菌空气植入人工晶体为对照。结果表明:试验组眼压术后第1天升高明显,术后第2天之后恢复至术前水平。而空气对照组眼压术后第1、2、3天升高明显,术后第5天恢复到术前水平。术后两组同一时期比较,差异不明显。2%HPMC 能使术后角膜水肿和炎症反应较快消失。
This study observed the use of 2% hydroxypropyl methylcellulose prepared from domestic raw materials implanted AMO double posterior chamber intraocular lens, dynamic intraocular pressure within 1 month after surgery and its postoperative corneal edema and inflammatory response Relationship to anterior chamber injection of sterile air into the artificial lens as a control.
