近年来,个人代理寿险营销制度在我国得到了飞速发展,发挥了重要作用。但也存在寿险营销员法律地位模糊、经济权益保障水平偏低、社会认同度低下等弊端,其原因在于现阶段我国寿险营销员权益保障制度的缺失。借鉴保险业发达国家和地区寿险营销员权益保障的有益经验,结合我国保险业发展的实际,必须推动现行个人代理营销制度、寿险代理佣金分配制度、保险公司责任追究制度、寿险营销员诚信惩戒制度、保险中介自律机制的改革与创新,完善相关法规政策,加强社会宣传,提高寿险营销员的社会认同度,从根本上提升我国寿险营销员整体权益保障水平。
