本文对767例左室造影目测法对各类节段运动进行了数字处理计算机定量分析。用于本文的未矫体系方差较另三种体系低53%。经Beta概率分布处理,节段运动相邻类别间重叠较大,正常前侧壁缩短分率90%可信区间为0.25~0.65。参照计算机定量结果可提高目测法的可靠性。
In this paper, 767 cases of left ventricular angiography method for all kinds of segmental movement digital processing computer quantitative analysis. The uncorrected variance used in this paper is 53% lower than the other three systems. After the Beta probability distribution process, the segmental motion overlap between adjacent categories is larger, the normal frontal wall shortening fraction 90% confidence interval of 0.25 ~ 0.65. Reference to the quantitative results of the computer can improve the reliability of the visual method.
