分析了经IL-2激活的胃癌TIL分泌干扰素(IFN-γ)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的活性较新鲜分离的TIL明显升高。电镜观察TIL伸出伪足包绕自体或异体胃癌细胞,使靶细胞核染色质密度增高,胞膜及线粒体膜部分溶解,内质网扩张,显示TIL对胃癌细胞有杀伤作用。结果表明胃癌TIL的抗肿瘤作用,可能与TIL产生细胞因子,促使胃癌细胞凋亡有关。
The activity of IL-2-activated gastric TIL-secreted interferon (IFN-γ) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) was significantly higher than that of freshly isolated TIL. Electron microscopy revealed that TIL protruded from the pseudo-foot-wrapped autologous or allogeneic gastric cancer cells, which increased the nuclear chromatin density of the target cells, dissolved the cell membrane and mitochondrial membrane, and expanded the endoplasmic reticulum, indicating that TIL had cytotoxicity on gastric cancer cells. The results showed that the anti-tumor effect of gastric cancer TIL may be related to the production of cytokines by TIL and promote the apoptosis of gastric cancer cells.
