作者从541例已测量过局部脑血流的卒中患者中选取55例有系统脑血流资料者为研究对象。其中男35例,女20例,平均年龄62±11岁(36~86岁)。39例脑梗塞,16例脑出血。在首次测定大脑局部血流后的18到54个月(28±10个月)再次测定并探讨血压改变的可能影响。另选10名非卒中病人作对照组,平均年龄61±9岁,大脑血流测量间隔19~44个月(27±6月)。大脑局部血流测定采用~(133)Xe吸入法,气体中混入~(133)Xe(1.11×10~8Bq/L或3mCi/L),吸1min,多导程记录廓清曲线10min,经计算得单侧大脑半球血流平均值,同时测定血压、潮气末
The authors selected 55 patients with systemic cerebral blood flow data from 541 stroke patients who had measured regional cerebral blood flow.
