为确定超临界萃取京万红的最适宜工艺参数,通过U1*2(12×6×6)均匀设计试验方案,考察压力、温度和夹带剂乙醇浓度的影响。以超临界提取物的出膏率、β,β-二甲基丙烯酰阿卡宁及异欧前胡素含量为目标,采用多因素分析来确定最适宜工艺参数。通过回归分析,确定超临界萃取京万红的最适宜工艺参数为50℃,25 MPa,乙醇质量分数95%。
In order to determine the optimum process parameters for supercritical CO2 extraction, the effects of pressure, temperature and entrainer ethanol concentration were investigated by uniform design of U1 * 2 (12 × 6 × 6). Taking the ointment rate, β, β-dimethacryloyl aconitine and isoimperatorin content of supercritical extract as the goal, multivariate analysis was used to determine the optimum process parameters. Through regression analysis, the optimal process parameters for supercritical CO2 extraction were determined to be 50 ℃, 25 MPa and 95% ethanol.
