企业想要在激烈的市场竞争中达成自身的发展目标,必须做好企业管理工作。企业的经营和发展需要物资供应的稳定性,现代企业管路工作中,对物资供应的管理是非常必要的,是企业应对外部市场竞争的重要措施。但是现阶段多数企业物资供应管理水平相对较低,对其管理水平的提升时至关重要的。本文对现阶段企业物资供应管理的现状和存在的问题进行了总结和研究,并提出了提升企业物资供应管理水平的策略,希望能够为我国企业的稳定发展提供重要支持。
Enterprises want to reach their own development goals in the fierce market competition, we must do a good job in business management. The operation and development of enterprises need the stability of material supply. In the work of modern enterprises, the management of material supply is very necessary, and it is also an important measure for enterprises to cope with the external market competition. However, at this stage, most enterprises have a relatively low level of material supply management, which is of crucial importance for the improvement of their management level. This article summarizes and studies the present situation and existing problems of enterprise material supply management at the present stage and puts forward some strategies to improve the material supply management level of enterprises. It hopes to provide important support for the stable development of Chinese enterprises.
