利用金相实验和硬度实验研究混合RE在不同的添加量、冷却速度等条件下对Al12Si硅相的变质作用。结果表明,RE对Al12Si合金组织具有明显的变质效果,使Si相的大小形态及其分布发生明显的改变,并且相应地改善合金的力学性能。从微观结构角度而言,2%RE的变质效果要优于1%RE的变质效果。就二次β相分布而言,1%RE的变质效果要优于2%RE的变质效果。
Metallographic and hardness experiments were conducted to study the metamorphism of Al12Si phase under different loadings and cooling rates. The results show that RE has a significant modification effect on the Al12Si alloy structure, the size and shape of the Si phase and its distribution changes significantly, and the mechanical properties of the alloy are improved accordingly. From microstructure point of view, 2% RE metamorphic effect is better than 1% RE metamorphic effect. As for the secondary β-phase distribution, the metamorphic effect of 1% RE is better than that of 2% RE.
