[性状]白色结晶,可溶于热水,酸中稳定,在碱中则不稳定。[作用]本品系双丙酰亚胺类抗肿瘤药物,能抑制脱氧核糖核酸的合成,影响细胞的有丝分裂。本品无免疫抑制作用。从动物实验观察可见,经本品治疗的肿瘤瘤块基本消失,边缘无充血现象,外围有少量血管存在,瘤块内已无血管,肿瘤和血管被一层膜隔开。这种对肿瘤边缘血管发生的抑制,可能解释本品防止肿瘤转移的作用。本品口服后2小时血浆浓度达高峰,18小时后消失。代谢物从尿排泄,不吸收的药物由粪便排出。
