严格的环境法规以及对更高辛烷值产品消费需求的不断增加,正在迫使世界各国的炼油厂改造它们的工艺过程。结果,各炼油厂正在寻找无需利用铅而增大辛烷值的方法。可选的方案有:更加严格地操作工艺设备装置,采用新的辛烷激发剂。更加苛刻的环境法规已经超出了对铅的限制,目前还对苯、香料、重尾馏份以及硫一类其它成份的含量加以限制。为了满足对超高辛烷值、不含铅汽油的日益增长的需求,炼油厂将对较轻的原油原料进行处理,采用更多的催化剂和充氧辛烷增强剂,增加炼油厂在后续工艺设备装置改造和添置上的花费。
Rigorous environmental regulations and rising consumer demand for higher octane products are forcing refineries around the world to revamp their processes. As a result, various refineries are looking for ways to increase octane without using lead. Options are: Stricter handling of process equipment installations with new octane exciters. Harsh environmental regulations have gone beyond lead limits and currently limit the levels of benzene, spices, heavy ends and other sulfur components. To meet the growing demand for ultra-high octane, unleaded gasoline, refiners will process lighter crude feedstocks with more catalysts and oxygen-enriched octane enhancers to increase refineries’ downstream processes Equipment installation and purchase costs.
