马氏体时效硬化不锈钢的常规热处理为固溶+时效处理,大多数零件均可达35~42 HRC,但仍有少数零件固溶时效后只有25 HRC,与设计要求相差甚远。采用盐浴炉加热1040℃,油冷至室温,在箱式炉760℃加热2 h后空冷,再经480℃时效3 h,硬度均可达到36~38 HRC,全部满足了技术要求。从理论上讲,ZG0Cr17NiCu4Nb钢固溶处理时,由于其Ms点在室温以上,冷却时将发生马氏体转变,时效时,又从马氏体组
