近年来,随着市场经济发展客观要求,我们林州市许多企业相继实施了“以转换经营机制,建立现代企业制度”为核心内容的转制工作。为了进一步了解企业转制前后的经营情况和税源变化趋向,同时掌握转制中企业税收如何处理等问题,近日我们先后走访了市体改委、市乡镇企业管理局等企业转制主管部门,并深入临淇、原康、合涧、河顺、城镇等乡镇,对转制企业进行了专题调查。
