水文总站是全额预算的事业单位。它专门从事上海地区地表水的水文、水质、水资源的监测、管理等公益性的基础工作。这项基础工作需要大量的财政支持。鉴于多年水文总站经费的不足,我们开展了以各种形式的创收来弥补。水文总站通过科技咨询、科技服务、商业,办经济实体和加工生产等途径,弥补经费不足,取得了一定的社会效益和经济效益。为了进一步搞活经济,我们总结了1995年水文总站的经济工作。对水文总站拥有的加工业、商业、咨询服务业和行政事业性收费等多种形式的经济业务、财务状况和经营成
Hydrographic station is the full budget of institutions. It specializes in Shanghai’s surface water hydrology, water quality, water resources monitoring, management and other non-profit basic work. This basic work requires substantial financial support. In the light of the shortfall in funding for many years at the Hydrographic Station, we have made up for all forms of revenue generation. Hydrological terminal through science and technology consulting, technology services, commerce, economic entities and processing and other means to make up for lack of funds, and achieved some social and economic benefits.
