“九五”期间,全省认真贯彻科技工作基本方针,紧紧围绕实施科教兴皖战略,深化科技体制改革,以技术创新为主线,以促进科技与经济结合,加速科技成果向现实生产力转化为中心,加强技术创新的能力、体系和环境建设,推动了全省科技事业的全面发展,科技综合实力明显增加。
During the Ninth Five-year Plan period, the province conscientiously implemented the basic principle of science and technology work, closely followed the strategy of revitalizing Anhui through science and education, deepened the reform of science and technology system, focused on technological innovation, promoted the integration of science and technology and economy, accelerated the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productive forces to Center, strengthening the capability, system and environment of technological innovation, promoting the all-round development of science and technology in the province and obviously increasing the comprehensive strength of science and technology.
