在大型四角切向燃烧锅炉中,从四角燃烧器喷口喷出的射流总要不可避免地偏离其设计方向。针对造成燃烧器区射流偏转的两大因素:射流自身的卷吸作用、炉内旋转气流对射流的横向冲击作用,采用数值模拟的方法对燃烧器射流进行研究,分析燃烧器射流的开启角度及喷口数对燃烧器区空气动力场的影响,从而为改善炉内工况提供一定的依据。
In a large square tangential fired boiler, the jets emanating from the corners of the combustor always inevitably deviate from their design orientation. In view of the two factors that cause the jet deflections in the burner zone: the entrainment of the jet itself and the lateral impact of the rotating airflow in the furnace on the jet, the jet of the combustor is studied by numerical simulation. The influence of the number of nozzles on the aerodynamic field in the burner zone provides a basis for improving the furnace operating conditions.
