通宣理肺丸含有紫苏叶、麻黄、桔梗、陈皮、制半夏、炒枳壳、前胡、茯芩、黄芩、甘草、苦杏仁等11味中药,前人曾对各单味药进行过大量研究.它们的成分众多,药理作用广泛复杂,但未见有人进行过该制剂的药理学研究.笔者采用江西国药厂生产的通宣理肺丸(批号8511341).按常规实验方法,进行了该药的镇痛、镇咳、平喘、离体气管,体外抑菌、急性毒性试验,结果表明通宣理肺丸具有镇痛,镇咳、平喘、松弛气管平滑肌和体外抑菌等作用.通宣理肺丸不能拮抗乙酰胆碱或组胺对离体气管的收缩作用,却能对乙酰胆碱——组胺所诱发的动物哮喘有明

According to the conventional experimental method, The drug’s analgesic, antitussive, antiasthmatic, in vitro trachea, in vitro antibacterial, and acute toxicity tests showed that Tongxuan Lifei Pill has analgesia, antitussive, antiasthmatic, relaxing tracheal smooth muscle and in vitro antibacterial etc. Effect: Tong Xuan Li Fei Pill can not antagonize the contraction of acetylcholine or histamine on the isolated trachea, but it can clearly explain the acetylcholine-histamine induced animal asthma.
