十大元帅在党内和军内的职务高十大元帅授衔时不但级别很高,他们在党内和军内的职务也很高。十大元帅授衔时在中国共产党的党内职务:朱德,1930年9月在中共六届三中全会上当选为候补中央委员。1934年1月在中共六届五中全会上当选为中央政治局委员。彭德怀1934年1月在中共六届五中全会上当选为候补中央委员。1936年被补选为中央政治局委员。
