众所周知,污水的处理过程就是水流的运动过程,水流的运动状态,对油水分离的影响甚大,一般要求水流的稳定和平静,以减少紊动水流对油粒上浮的影响。但油污水在处理过程中,由于布置上的特殊性,水流受装置及构件的约束,在特定的条件下运行,很难在很短距离内或很小范围内达到稳定和均匀。诸如图1,油污水经主管集中进入油水分离池,再经溢流堰或花墙将水流在平面及垂直方向上扩散均匀。
As we all know, the sewage treatment process is the movement process of the water stream. The movement state of the water stream has a great influence on the separation of oil and water. Generally, it requires the stability and calmness of the water stream to reduce the impact of the turbulent water flow on the floating of the oil particles. However, due to the special arrangement of the oil wastewater in the treatment process, the water flow is constrained by the device and the components, and it is difficult to achieve stability and uniformity within a short distance or within a very small range. For example, in Figure 1, the oil wastewater is concentrated into the oil-water separation tank through the main pipe, and the water flow is evenly distributed in the horizontal and vertical directions through the overflow weir or the flower wall.
