基于不可修复缺陷情境下的供应链模糊回购契约

为了考察缺陷率对回购契约不同参数的影响,将产品缺陷率纳入供应链回购契约中,并视缺陷率和契约参数为模糊数,运用函数原理、梯级平均积分描述法构建了一个基于不可修复缺陷情境下的供应链模糊回购契约,探讨了该模糊回购契约的可行性.数值分析表明,缺陷率对回购契约不同参数的影响程度不同,当产品缺陷率资料缺乏以及供应商与零售商对协调参数存在异议时,构建模糊回购契约是一个可行和有效的方法. In order to investigate the effect of defect rate on different parameters of the repo contract, product defect rate was included in the supply chain repo contract, and the defect rate and contract parameters were regarded as the fuzzy number. Using the function principle and the step-by-step average integral description method, The fuzzy repurchase contract of supply chain is fixed under the defect situation and the feasibility of the fuzzy repurchase contract is discussed.The numerical analysis shows that the impact of defect rate on the different parameters of the repurchase contract is different when the product defect rate data is lacking and the supplier and Retailer objections to the coordination parameters, the construction of a fuzzy repo contract is a viable and effective method.
