通过宏观和微观检验、化学成分分析、力学性能测试、能谱分析等方法,对某井油管穿孔的原因进行了分析。结果表明:油管穿孔是原始缺陷形成裂纹并扩展所致。建议在油管生产过程中应严格执行有关标准和用户订货技术条件。
Through the macroscopic and microscopic examination, the chemical composition analysis, the mechanical property test, the energy spectrum analysis and so on, the causes of the tubing perforation in a well were analyzed. The results show that the perforation of the tubing is due to the formation of cracks and the expansion of the original defects. It is suggested that the relevant standards and user ordering technical conditions should be strictly implemented in the tubing production process.
