县级工会在工会全局中占有举足轻重的地位。目前,县级工会在工会经费地税代收、财政统一划拨政策推动下,工会经费收入有了较大幅度的增长,为工会工作的开展提供了更为有力的物质保障,与此同时,县级工会财务管理水平也有了较大提高。但在对我市县级工会预算执行情况进行审计过程中,发现有些县级工会在预算管理中存在着一些带有普遍性的问题。一、县级工会预算管理中存在的主要问题(一)对《工会预算管理办法》重视不够,认识不足。具体表现为:

Specific performance:
