3月5日,看到政府工作报告有关“城乡宽带网络全覆盖”、“推进农村电商工程”等内容,陈秋霖着实为网络将走进更多乡村而高兴。他是社科院人口与劳动经济研究所的副研究员,作为中组部、团中央选派的第十五批、第十六批博士服务团成员之一,2014年11月在内蒙古扎兰屯市挂职副市长,今年起又在呼伦贝尔市挂职政府副秘书长。他在当地推进电商工作的过程中深深感到“一根网线的力量”——正在连接中国乡村和全世界。
