目的建立碱性硅胶管采样,再利用邻苯二甲醛、乙酰丙酮显色法测定工作场所空气中的二乙烯三胺的分光光度测定方法。方法使用1∶1乙二醇-盐酸作为解析液,100℃水浴条件下解吸后,在pH为4.5“5.0的乙酸-乙酸钠缓冲溶液中,100℃水浴条件下,二乙烯三胺与邻苯二甲醛、乙酰丙酮反应生成黄色化合物,在405 nm波长下比色测定。结果碱性硅胶管的穿透容量大于4 mg,采样效率大于99%,采集二乙烯三胺的硅胶管样品至少稳定7 d,解析效率>98%,线性范围为0.3μg/ml~10μg/ml,最低检出浓度为0.08 mg/m3,相关系数r=0.9995,回收率在95.5%~104.3%之间,相对标准偏差<5%。结论本法测定工作场所空气中二乙烯三胺的操作简便,结果可靠,值得推广。
OBJECTIVE To establish a spectrophotometric method for the determination of diethylenetriamine in the air of workplace by using alkaline silica gel tube sampling and then using phthalaldehyde and acetylacetone colorimetric method. Methods Using 1: 1 ethylene glycol-hydrochloric acid as the analytic solution and desorption under the condition of 100 ℃ water bath, under the condition of water bath of 100 ℃ and acetic acid-sodium acetate buffer solution of pH 4.5 ” Phthalaldehyde and acetylacetone to form a yellow compound and the colorimetric determination was carried out at a wavelength of 405 nm.Results The permeation capacity of alkaline silica gel tube was more than 4 mg and the sampling efficiency was more than 99% 7 d, the analytical efficiency was> 98%, the linear range was 0.3μg / ml ~ 10μg / ml, the lowest detection limit was 0.08 mg / m3, the correlation coefficient was 0.9995, the recovery was between 95.5% and 104.3% The deviation is less than 5% .CONCLUSION This method is simple, reliable, and worthy of promotion for the determination of diethylenetriamine in the workplace air.
