变应性亚败血症,国内已有病例报导,但没涉及有效的治疗。我科自1977年4～5月,共发现4例。1例单用消炎痛治疗,退热1周后出院,停药后复发。3例应用环磷酰胺加消炎痛,治愈出院后随访半年未复发,现报导如下:例1:患者男性,26岁,住院号7704226。入院前10天始有咽痛,随后全身关节肌肉酸痛,伴有午后高热,皮肤时而出现红色皮疹,于77年5月7日入院。入院时检查:体温39℃,一般情况好, Allergic sepsis, has been reported in the country, but did not involve effective treatment.
