尿酸盐转运蛋白介导的尿酸排泄障碍是高尿酸血症和痛风的主要病因。人体内主要有3种转运蛋白调节尿酸盐在内环境的平衡,包括两种重吸收转运蛋白———尿酸盐转运蛋白1( URAT1)和葡萄糖转运体9以及一种介导尿酸盐分泌的蛋白———ABC转运蛋白2。研究尿酸盐转运蛋白对揭示高尿酸血症/痛风的发病机制、疾病防治有重要意义。该文主要介绍负责尿酸盐重吸收的 URAT1的结构、组织分布、生理功能、基因组学及与其他转运体的相互作用等方面的研究进展。“,”The main reason of hyperuricemia and gout is the disorder of uric acid excretion , which is mediated by urate transporters( URAT) .There are three main transporters regulating the balance of uric acid in internal environment of the body,including two reabsorption transporters—URAT1 and glucose transporter 9,as well as one kind of secretion transporter—ABC transporter protein 2.The study of these transporters is of great significance for revealing the pathogenesis,prevention and treatment of gout/hyperuricemia.Here is to intrudce the research progress of the reabsorption transporter URAT1 about its structure,tissue distribution, physiological function,genomics,and its interaction with other URAT.
