在高等教育大众化时期,高校学生在个性发展上呈现出不同特征,对高职院校学生的思想政治教育工作带来了挑战。本文基于对个性化教育的内涵概述,分析思想政治个性化教育的必要性,并根据教育实践阐述高职院校学生的思想政治个性化教育应注意的问题。针对我国高职院校思想政治教育现状提出了几点建议,以帮助推进实现思想政治教育个性化的进程。
During the popularization of higher education, college students showed different characteristics in personality development, which posed challenges to the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. Based on an overview of the connotation of individualized education, this paper analyzes the necessity of individualized education of ideological and political education and elaborates the issues that should be paid attention to in the ideological and political individualized education of students in vocational colleges according to educational practice. In view of the status quo of ideological and political education in higher vocational colleges in our country, some suggestions are put forward to help advance the process of individualizing ideological and political education.
