衰老的免疫学问题早已引起老年学和免疫学的注意。衰老对机体的免疫系统及其功能有多方面的影响。免疫系统及其机能状态对人体衰老的过程也有重要的作用。对老年人免疫系统的机能状态进行测定,将在衰老和免疫相互关系的研究上具有重要的意义。本文报告正常老年人外周血液中免疫球蛋白、C_3活性、E玫瑰花形成细胞、茶碱敏感细胞、自身玫瑰花形成细胞及组织胺受体α细胞的测定结果,并与中青年的正常值作了比较。
The immunological problems of aging have long drawn the attention of geriatrics and immunology. Aging affects the body’s immune system and its function in many ways. The immune system and its functional status also play an important role in the process of human aging. Determining the functional status of the immune system in the elderly will be of great importance in the study of the relationship between aging and immunity. In this paper, we report the results of determination of immunoglobulin, C_3 activity, erythropoietin-producing cells, theophylline-sensitive cells, autologous rosette-forming cells and histamine receptor α cells in the peripheral blood of normal elderly people.
