刚到幼儿园实习时,我对带幼儿做操看得很轻松,因此,党老师在带孩子们做操时,上午站队一个方向,下午换成相反的方向,我一点不注意,也没有去细想,只认为是偶尔变换形式而已。我带班的第一天,午睡起床后,我把孩子们带到平台上准备做操,仍然照早上的站队方向列队,我面对孩子们带操。可孩子们一个个眯着眼,好像无精打采。一会儿,王燕小朋友对我说:“老师,太阳晒眼睛。”我转过身,果然,阳光很刺眼,刺得我的眼睛也睁不开。这时,我才明白党老师让孩子们换方向的用意。下午如果依旧是上午的站队方向.正好让幼儿面对太阳,孩子当然做不好操了。
